Chef Carlos gave us an amazing birthday dinner! He was punctual, very attentive to details and well prepared. He also set the mood incredibly well with both his presentation and his stories behind the food/dishes. The menu was amazing and consisted of dishes that were both interesting and incredibly delicious! The textures were unique and varied, creating an amazing balance between the flavors of each dish. The umami from the mushrooms and cheese from our second dish was especially memorable. Chef Carlos was a pleasure, prepared and presented an amazing set of dishes and even left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! Easily five stars!
